How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Melodex app on your device.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
If you can't access the app, email us at info@melodexapp.com
and we'll process your deletion request within 7 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account email address and credentials
- All synced ideas, notes, and tags
- All chord progressions and fretboard diagrams
- All uploaded audio recordings
- Any pending audio export packages
Deletion is processed within 7 days of your request.
What Stays on Your Device
Local data stored on your device is not affected by account deletion. To remove it completely, uninstall the Melodex app.
Before deleting, consider signing out instead — your cloud data will be merged back to
local storage so you keep access to everything without an account.
