Delete Your Melodex Account

If you created an optional Melodex account for cloud backup, you may request permanent deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Melodex app.
  2. Go to Account Settings.
  3. Select "Delete Account".

If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion by emailing:

info@melodexapp.com

What Gets Deleted

Local data stored on your device must be manually removed by uninstalling the app.

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days.
